Last week we had a day called pink shirt day which everybody wore a pink shirt to prevent bullying.
Some of us also made biscuits shaped into love hearts and with pink icing on top. They were $1 for a big one and 50.c for a small one. These were to raise money for the mental health organisation.
I think it is important that as a school, we are bully free!
Hey Arli,
ReplyDeleteI really like how you said you want a bully free school. Because I do too If you had to make donation to any charity what would it be?
I would choose cancer society because my great grandma has cancer.
I want her to get better.
Hey Arli,
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your reflection about Pink Shirt Day. I think it would be wonderful if we had a bully free school! I think it is really important to have good role models like yourself in our school to be up-standers and tell those people who are being mean that it's not ok.
I look forward to seeing you post some more of your work soon!
Miss H
Hi Arli. I like your poston pink shirt day. I also think that as a school we should aim to be bully-free. Maybe next time you could add a photo to it. Other than that I think you have described it well.
